We Teach the Way Children Learn
Music Together is an early childhood music and movement program with family classes for children from birth through age eight—and the grownups who love them! First offered in 1987, our music classes help little ones develop their innate musicality—and much, much more.
At Music Together, we know that children learn differently than adults. They learn instinctively and constantly, and teach themselves through imitation and play, through being immersed in their environment, and through interaction with adults and older children. The family-like setting of Music Together classes creates an ideal learning environment based in extensive research in early childhood and music development.

Every week, babies, toddlers, preschoolers, and the grownups who love them® come together to make music, play, and connect. Little ones delight in singing, dancing, and exploring instruments, while caregivers enjoy being part of their child’s musical and developmental journey. And everyone loves our songs — you’ll be tapping along in no time!

Class Options & Details
We offer two class types each season:
Mixed Ages Classes — for children 0–5 years
Rhythm Kids® — for big kids 4–8 years

Most sessions last 9-10 weeks, with shorter mini-sessions offered in December and during the summer. Each session features new music, and each enrolled family receives an illustrated songbook and full access to the music we’ll sing — available on CD, by digital download, or through the Music Together app.
Families choose a primary class time for the session and can make up any missed classes in other available time slots (as long as space allows).
Enrollment Information
Enrollment is limited to 6–12 mobile (crawling or walking) children per class. Classes may be combined or canceled if minimum enrollment is not met by the Monday prior to the session start date.
How to Register a Sibling
Register your first child.
Check your confirmation email for the link to register a sibling at the $75 sibling rate.
If you’re registering a sibling under 9 months, simply reply to your confirmation email with their name and birthday.

Music Together® — For Babies, Toddlers, and Preschoolers
Each week, babies, toddlers, preschoolers, and the grownups who love them come together for 45 minutes of pure musical fun! Led by a trained Music Together® teacher, you’ll sing, dance, and play along to a variety of songs and movement activities—from gentle fingerplays to lively circle dances and full-on jam sessions. The atmosphere is playful and relaxed, because children learn best through play!
Your experience continues at home with Music Together’s award-winning materials, including an illustrated songbook and recordings of the songs we sing in class—available anytime through the Music Together app. The songbook encourages both language and musical development, with lyrics, melodies, and beautiful illustrations that bring each song to life.
Music Together features 12 unique song collections in a three-year rotation, introducing families to more than 225 songs from cultures and styles around the world—an incredible foundation for your child’s musical journey.
Rhythm Kids® — For Pre-K and Early Elementary
When your child is ready for more independence and musical challenge, Rhythm Kids® is the next step! Designed for pre-K and early elementary students, this energetic program builds on everything learned in Music Together while adding new layers of rhythm, movement, and creativity.
In each class, kids play djembe drums, learn rhythm patterns from music around the world, tell animal rhythm stories, and explore movement through stomping, jumping, and imaginative play. They’ll lead the group, improvise, and collaborate—developing confidence, coordination, and teamwork through music.
Families receive a songbook, class recordings, and access to the Music Together Music Zone®, an online portal full of bonus videos and activities to keep the music going at home.
Rhythm Kids® naturally supports rhythm development and helps children prepare for formal music lessons—all while keeping the joy and playfulness that make Music Together so special.
