A Legacy of Growth & Impact
Founded by Michael Popovsky in 2007 as a private voice studio, PPAS blossomed into a full-scale performing arts hub offering voice, acting, dance, and early childhood music as well as public performances and master classes. Joined at the helm by Christyn Rutter since 2016, Popovsky Performing Arts is proud to be a hub in the Lancaster County performing arts community.
